I have installed Virtual box on a 64bit Server 2008. Since installing I have not been able to get to the networking components of my host Nics. Device manager shows Virtualbox bridged networking Driver miniport with a splat. I cannot remove this driver. I have tried uninstalling, repairing and reins...

I am running 2008 server with version 2.2.4 Virtual box. The guest machine is a server 2003 and it locks up / hangs after 5-10 minutes of starting.

Does anyone have any suggestions please. The issue started after I upgraded from 2.0 to 2.2.2 and continues with 2.2.4
