It's mounted in home/(user directory)

sudo mount.vboxsf MyShare /MyShare

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I mounted the shares and can view them when I do ls -l in the directory. But I don't see them in my file browser and I can't figure out how to copy files from winxp to ubuntu.

Accessing files from WinXP host from Ubuntu guest
Hello. I'm fairly new to the sysadmin world of Linux so I'm learning with VirtualBox running on a WinXP machine. I have Ubuntu 8.04 as the guest. I'd like to transfer files from WinXP to the Ubuntu guest and can't seem to figure out if it's possible and if it is, how to do this. Can someone point me...
