I've discovered that if I enable Nested Paging, my problems will go away, not so sure why but maybe that's how it works when working on Vista x64 guest on Vista x64 host, it's the first time i've enable that, never have to on Vista x86 host

Are you sure your system can run 64 bit Guests? Check the VirtualBox FAQ for the requirements. The distortion you're describing sounds like a BSOD in the Guest.
