If there is an easy way, I'd rather use a setting in the host OS (win7)/virtualbox.
Is there such a method? (to disable a given network connection for the host os (win7) and dedicate it to virtualbox?)

Hola, I've just did this, and the guest os (WinXP) displayed 'limited or no connection', and no net until I've also checked TCP/IP4... What could be the problem?

3d studio max error
I'm trying to get 3dsmax working on xp (host/guest) but all I can turn on is Software rendering, both direct3d and opengl is crashing with an error. Is this because of the guest addition vga driver...? Could anyone make it work? Does it work without the guest addition?

I just didn't realize the difference between Machine and Transient folders... Folders set in the manager app are permanent now... There should be a warning message when first creating a Transient folder (with "make permanent" unticked), that this folder will disappear after a restart. I kn...

Shared folders lost on each run
Hola, I'm using the latest Virtualbox on XP (with XP guest), but have a strange problem: shared folders disappear after each restart of virtualbox. Is this by design, or a bug?
