Okay, I built a new Guest VM with the Windows 7 Demo Toolkit and it was able to access both local and the internet using the default Intel NIC while my Host Laptop was using the internal wireless card. The VM shows the network connect as a hardline NIC regardless of the connection method on the host OS (hardline or WiFi). Tried the repair option and also reinstall as admin...neither has corrected the issue. I do have the same type of issue when using VPC2007 and VS2005.
