Thank you for your support. I`ve updated VB to 2.1.0 (before I read your last reply), installed VB additions and everything works like a charm.

Here, shared folders settings in vbox http://img220.imageshack.us/img220/1680/vboxsharedfolderscpqw7.jpg and shared folders window when the guest is running...you can clearly see that vbox service is in the system tray and that path \\vboxsvr\F_DRIVE is not accessible http://img220.imageshack.us/img...

The exact drive path was C:\ and Ive changed it to F:\ (another partition) and still no joy :(

I`ve set it to full access to C drive and named it "drive". When I type "\\vboxsvr\drive" or "\\vboxsvr\drive\" nothing happens :(

It doesn't work for me. I have Vista 32 host and win2000 guest and both options (\\vboxsvr\Shared\ and \\vboxsvr\Shared) DO NOT work.
