Have you downloaded and installed (on your mac) the extension pack which is compatible with your version of VirtualBox?

The Bootcamp partition should be partition 4. You can check with this command via terminal:

sudo vboxmanage internalcommands listpartitions -rawdisk /dev/disk0

or open Disk Utility select your hard disk on the left pane and then select partition. This will show you what the partitions are.

Note that my success has always been when using a 32Bit version of Windows 7 within the Bootcamp partition. If you look at viewtopic.php?f=27&t=51386, and follow along, you will see that you also have to set open access to those 2 files, in your case it would be "sudo chmod 777 /Users/flohy/win7raw*.vmdk".

You might want to check out "How to Use a MacOS Bootcamp Partition as a VirtualBox Guest" under Howtos and Tutorials-> Other Hosts. What you are trying to do is a variation of setting up a Bootcamp partition on the MacOS disk, but you will need some of the same mechanisms.
