Hi Scott,
Finally the IT of the company acted and have added the VM as trusted application in kaspersky. Hopefully that should be the end of the problem. This is going to be wait and watch game for a while. Will be in touch back again if this was the resolution of the issue.

Error in Starting up Virtual Machine on Windows 10 host
Good Morning Experts, I am having this as a continuous issue. I am using VBox 6.1.12 r139181 (Qt5.6.2) on windows 10 as a host. Every now and then my virtual machine fails to start and gave me an error as attached. The only solution for me is to uninstall Virtual box manager and re-install it again....
