Here is that log with a full power on/power off cycle. Processors reduced to 2, video memory increased to 128mb and 3d acceleration turned on. I don't know what previous version I was on, but I tend to try to keep it up to date and apply updates frequently. Still experiencing poor performance... rea...

Hi, I can try those things. But I don't use any kind of windowing or GUI, it's all just headless console output. Yes, it's pretty CPU heavy... I did reduce the number of cores from 6 to 4. Did not help.
