Yes, I guess 4-cores is overkill, I'll think about dialing it back.

I was trying to change the resolution and chose the SHAPE Service iDisplay, then perhaps chose something else, can't remember, then the mouse was offset after that...

Thank you, fixed the Guest Additions issue by going into Safe Mode and installing, but what started me looking at that in the first place was that I was messing with the screen resolution settings and somehow messed up my mouse pointer so it's offset, i.e., the point of the mouse is no longer where ...

I uninstalled Guest Additions, obviously a mistake as now my Windows 7 guest stops booting at Starting Windows screen, how to fix? TIA.
