Same here, no Parallels.

I tried downgrading to 5.0.32 (downgrading guest additions of course) and seamless still doesn't work. It behaves the same for me as it did in 5.1.8, it removes the VM border, but nothing is shared between the OS desktop and the guest desktop.

Activity Monitor says "App Nap: Yes" on Virtual Box.

Keyboard lag seems to be significantly better if I disable automatic graphics switching on my Mac.

For the crashing, could it be that app nap is causing the guest to crash?

It didn't work at 5.1.8 either. At 5.1.8, all that happened was the OS border for the VM was removed.
