Because of the broken EFI or the current 3.2.0 Beta 2 (r61272) we decided to provide fixed packages (r61317). They are available from the download server right NOW. Note that we also switched back to the main download server which should be finally fixed now. Please report any issues with the new download server if there are any.
Another fixed issue is that a missing DVD or floppy image will not prevent a VM from starting anymore.
